During my recent stay at Bishops Lodge, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the balance it strikes between cost and comfort-a rarity in this competitive market. Nestled just a short walk from the heart of Narrandera, its location is ideal for those looking to explore local restaurants and pubs without the hassle of driving. The room I occupied was spacious, featuring a flat-screen TV and comfortable air conditioning-definite pluses for warm nights. While the decor could use a refresh, everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the abundance of hot water and strong water pressure in the bathroom, making for a rejuvenating experience after a long day outdoors. A standout for me was the continental breakfast-offering a wide range from cereals to a pancake machine, catering to diverse tastes. The free Wi-Fi and parking added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. In short, while Bishops Lodge may not have all the bells and whistles, it provides an excellent value proposition for those looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in a great location.
